What is Prorok?

The Challenge

Today's world is an increasingly chaotic place. Traditional foresight and planning approaches are not providing results as meaningful as they would merely few years back.

Organizations who invested in statistical-modeling systems for predictive analysis are still seeing good return on investment. But they are also still unable to get over the standard hurdles of requiring huge historical data sets, poor predictions outside the scope of training data, etc.

Business is adopting AI en-masse in hopes of, among other things, gaining leverage over competition. This was envisioned to come via new decision making support pipelines and general increase of the so-called organizational intelligence, all powered by latest and greatest LLMs.

In 2026 we are starting to see that this is most likely unattainable. LLM models on their own are not going to become a reliable solution for gaining insights into complex systems and their evolution over time.

The solution

We believe the solution to this problem requires actually simulating the domain in question.

At the core of Prorok lies a high-performance simulation engine, with support for heterogenous model definitions and flexible output integration.

We're able to efficiently co-simulate relevant systems thousands of times, mutate selected variables across runs, and collect relevant information to form a probabilistic answer to the initial question.

We also allow for integrating AI agents into the simulations as embodied agents, support nested simulation, manual forking, full and partial replays, and more.

The name

The word Prorok is considered to have slavic roots, translating roughly to Oracle or Prophet. Prorok AI points to the extraordinary capabilities unlocked by combining modern AI with large-scale computer simulations for previously unseen predictive power.
